Smart card request
If the User is entitled a tool entitlement, which requires a smart card, the smart card and PIN request screen will be displayed. Complete it appropriately and click Submit to order smart card collateral for the User.
- The status of the User will be changed to the Pending Entitlement Changes.
- Have another System Administrator User signed on to HSBCnet, go to the Registration Status tool and filter by Pending Entitlement Changes. Click on the User's name and the User details are displayed. Click Approve to approve the changes. HSBCnet will send a welcome e-mail to the User to confirm that their HSBCnet registration has been completed.
