Custody: Settlement, corporate actions processing, safe keeping and reporting.

Transaction Remote Access Communication System (TRACS)
HSBC's advance online system, TRACS, gives you easy access to your account information through the Internet, enabling daily monitoring of portfolio transactions and better control of your cash positions. Using the familiar Windows operating environment, TRACS is easy to learn and use.
TRACS is a complete client access solution offering extensive information and reporting capabilities. You can also manipulate the data to produce customised reports and graphical analyses. Your trade instructions can be uploaded directly to HSBC through the Internet, SWIFT or other trade matching systems to achieve efficient straight-through processing. The functionality of TRACS is being continually enhanced by a dedicated team of analysts and programmers to keep pace with market changes and to upgrade the delivery of our service.
Security
The security of your information and transactions is a top priority. A unique password is given to your authorised users. All Internet reports are protected by the Secure Socket Layer 3.0 protocol with 128-bit encryption key.
Focus on your core business
We offer proven, integrated, reliable, confidential and cost effective fund administration, processing and reporting systems that allow you to focus on your clients and your core competencies, rather than your back office, systems and administration.
Control your costs
Our services allow you to reduce fixed costs, predict and control your variable costs, manage capacity, and reduce your time to market new products and funds.
A partnership approach
Most importantly, HSBC places enormous importance on working in partnership with its clients and is committed to the flexible and continuous improvement of our service quality standards.
