HSS offers a full range of cash management solutions and provides an Internet solution for client's cash related information needs. These facilities are available via HSBCnet, which has a number of features, including:

• Real time intra day balance reporting
• Real time expansion of balances to show opening balances plus the total debits and credits processed at any given time
• Real time projected balances
• Option to drill-down through the statement entry to identify the full details of an outgoing payment or an incoming credit advice
• Ability to search on individual entries using a variety of different search criteria
• Delivery of STP payment reports. These provide an analysis of the client’s payment traffic for the previous day, detailing all STP payment failures
• Online access to a historical database detailing debit and credit payment entries passed over accounts for the last four years

In addition, HSS also provides the customary paper statements and transaction advices daily, weekly or monthly.
