Investor services

Investor services teams are located in most jurisdictions in which AFS has a presence and provides a point of contact for fund managers and their investors. Key services features are:

• Maintenance of the investor register, including receipt, checking and processing of all trades received, maintaining all documents and records; and ensuring correct settlement of all related cash movements after daily reconciliation of all accounts
  
• Valuation reporting, including confirmation of receipt of orders, confirmation of receipt of cash, contract notes and, where applicable, details on equalisation credits and crystallisations, series roll-ups, dividends etc
  
• Automated performance fee calculations, and new series launches, series roll-ups, dividends etc

AFS' investor reporting platform provides fund managers and investors with direct, 24-hour online access to current and historical information, all of which can easily be downloaded. Key information includes:

• Investor account balances, NAVs per share, equalisation and series values
• Up-to-date pending and completed investor transactions
• Complex series accounting
• Fund particulars – key details relating to the fund
• Fund information with optional risk reporting for funds and holdings
• Investor registers (fund managers only)

Managers can view their own fund information as well as the data sent to their investors. For funds administered by AFS, investors can access information on their investments across multiple managers.
