Building on your interests

If you're interested in a career in banking or financial services, our Spring Insight Programme could be the ideal first step. You don't have to be studying a particular degree discipline, you just need to be in your first year of a three-year degree (or the second year of a four-year degree) and have a keen interest in HSBC and our industry.

What will happen

Our Spring Insight Programme is an in-depth introduction to HSBC across Global Banking and Markets. The three-day event, held in our headquarters in Canary Wharf, London, will introduce HSBC and these key businesses. Join us, and you'll hear about the history and culture of HSBC and learn about our global businesses. You'll take part in interactive learning opportunities and skills sessions. You'll also attend workshops as well as tour the trading floor and attend presentations and networking events with recruiters and business representatives.

What to expect

Candidates who impress our recruiters and business representatives will be fast-tracked to a final-stage assessment centre for the 2014 Summer Analyst Programme.
