Joining the Advisory programme will make you part of a truly global operation with long-term international opportunities.
Equity Capital Markets
We have opportunities in London and New York. Whichever office you join, you will be part of a global ECM network that includes teams in Dubai, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Paris, Sao Paulo, Singapore and Toronto.
Coverage - Relationship Management
You'll have an opportunity to gain expertise in relationship management as well as in industry and country specialisations. What's more, you'll have access to HSBC's global network.
Leveraged and Acquisition Finance
Our programme for Full-time Analysts covers all aspects of debt financing from origination to structuring to sales and syndication and will comprise rotations covering key areas of the business.
Project and Export Finance
Our Project and Export Finance team is growing rapidly. You'll gain experience across a range of geographies and sectors, which may include power and renewables; infrastructure and transport; oil, gas and petrochemicals; and metals and mining.
Global Markets - Sales, Trading and Debt Capital Markets
Recruited by our disciplines, Sales, Trading or Debt Capital Markets, our Analysts are part of a fast-paced 12-month, rotational graduate programme.
Global Research
Recruited by region and globally aligned, Global Research Analysts undertake a challenging 18-month, rotational graduate programme. All our graduates undertake two nine-month rotations across different asset classes.
Global Markets Operations
We'll present you with complex challenges and constant change. The programme comprises two lengthy structured rotations in a functional area, alongside classroom learning.
Finance
Our Analysts will be part of a global induction programme, followed by specific Finance training before you start your first rotation.
Compliance
The two-year programme is comprised of rotations that last between four and six months. One rotation will take place in an international location.
HTS GBM Technology
A career in HTS GBM Technology offers graduates the opportunity to work in a demanding environment, where technology in many ways is not just an enabler but actually is the business.
HSBC Securities Services
This two-year programme takes place in London or Hong Kong and offers four six-month placements across different areas of the business.
Global Asset Management
HSBC Global Asset Management is the investment division of HSBC. While fund management is a core element of what we do, and what you could get involved in here, we also have sales, operations, client strategy and product functions.
Global Private Banking
We'll introduce you to all aspects of our global business. You'll work alongside our experienced private bankers and product specialists in a multicultural environment.
