We offer the following opportunities in our Global Asset Management business:

Global Asset Management – Analyst Programme

This 18-month rotational programme is designed to give you a good insight into the creation, management and distribution of investment products, along with sales and client relationship management experience and all-round exposure to one of the financial services industry's most dynamic sectors. Throughout the programme you will study for the Investment Management Certificate, and be encouraged to study for further qualifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst.

The programme consists of three six-month rotations across our diverse business areas and teams:

  • Sales and marketing
  • Product development
  • Investment portfolio management

Criteria

You do not need to have studied a particular subject, however, you do need:

  • An outstanding academic record
  • The motivation and drive to work in the world of global finance
  • Business fluency in other key languages is extremely desirable

Please see below a few examples of the minimum academic requirements we look for, or the (overseas) equivalents:

  • UK – 2.1 honours degree
  • Americas – 3.2/4.0 GPA
  • China – 75 per cent to 85 per cent in a percentage-based system, 3.2/4.0 GPA
  • Hong Kong – 2nd class upper division, 3.2/4.0 or 10.0/12.0 GPA
  • India – 65 per cent/1st class degree
  • Singapore – 2nd class upper division, 3.2/4.0 or 4.0/5.0 GPA
  • France – minimum 13/20 (Bien)
  • Spain – minimum 8/10 (Notable)
  • Italy – minimum 80/110
  • Germany – minimum 2/4

Global Asset Management – Summer Analyst Programme
