Leveraged and Acquisition Finance is part of our Global Capital Financing business, a joint venture between our Global Markets and Global Banking businesses. HSBC Leveraged and Acquisition Finance has built a team with expertise across all sectors and financing markets. Since October 2007, HSBC’s US leveraged finance group has been involved in a lead capacity in transactions totalling nearly USD20 billion. These transactions incorporate both investment grade and leveraged financings including bridge loans, bank facilities and bonds for acquisitions, recapitalisations, refinancings and LBOs.
