Pre-university opportunities

The banking and financial services sectors can seem incredibly complex. As a result, HSBC is working with students and schools to help educate them on our organisation and the opportunities that exist for sixth formers and beyond.

Unlocking the door
HSBC is partnering with Bright Network and Head Start Careers to raise awareness of our industry, educate participants on the HSBC business areas, provide skills sessions and work experience opportunities.

We know how daunting recruitment processes can be, so we are partnering with The Brokerage Citylink (a not-for-profit organisation) to provide students from inner city London schools with the soft skills they require to successfully navigate through recruitment processes and to make the most of a work experience opportunities. We will also work with students to provide case studies and business overview presentations to help them determine career paths.
