As HSBC's global equity product specialist, we work closely with our global banking, equity research, and equity sales/trading teams.

Our experience encompasses a broad range of transactions from large equity follow-on offerings through to smaller IPOs. In European financial sector rights issues, HSBC has a particularly strong track record. Our presence in every major developed and most of the world's emerging markets allows our clients not only to raise funds in the most suitable capital market, but also to benefit from our ability to access investors and monitor local market sentiment and conditions. This can be of real worth, especially in emerging markets, where hard facts and statistics are sometimes not available.
